    Journal of Educational Research (JER) is an online open access journal that publishes articles derived from research results in the field of education. JER is published twice a year, namely in June and December. Articles published by JER can come from teacher research, undergraduate theses, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations. All articles to be published in JER must be submitted online in a manner that has been informed by the journal. Prospective authors who are interested in submitting their articles to JER are required to comply with the writing requirements as stated in the Author guidelines and journal templates.

    The JOCIS Editor Team are scientists who have scientific competence in various fields according to their area of study. Members of the JOCIS Journal Editorial Team are young professional academics who regularly receive workshops on managing journals and academic manuscripts.
